Our Account team will then draw on their professional commitment, supported by a proven methodology and on their former experiences to ensure we make a critical difference to the recruitment process.Identifying the Candidates
The client focused Account team made up of a Consultant and Research Consultant will identify candidates from three sources: - their own professional networks, our internal database of over 70,000 candidates and online sourcing. From their knowledge of your sector or function and their experience in contingent search, a pool of known talent is created through our collaborative culture and remuneration structure that encourages cooperation and sharing of information.Engaging & Screening the Candidate
Approaching candidates is one of two key points in contingent search. The more prepared the Account team, assigned to the engagement, can be, the more effective they are to present the opportunity in a compelling way ensuring to articulate the details of the position and cultural aspects of the clients organisation. The Account team will also be able to address any concerns raised by potential candidates towards the opportunity or client organisation. This consultative approach by the account team ensures most candidates feel the people approaching them are peers in the business world and usually value their insight and advice. This consultative approach greatly increases the prospect of attracting the best talent to our client organisations. Once the account team have identified and telephone screened suitable candidates, a shortlist with supporting cover notes would be submitted to the hiring manager for consideration. When the client has identified which candidates they wish to be interviewed, Paradigm will arrange the interview schedule and follow the process through to offer. The Offer
The second major key point of contingent search is converting a "fit" into an actual hire. In the contest for talent, a skilled and insightful approach to closing a search can make the difference between success and failure. Since our consultants invest in the relationship with candidates through every step of the search process, they are better able to monitor and address concerns about the job or the practical and personal aspects of transitioning as they arise, minimising barriers to closure at the final stage. Contingent search generally offers a shorter time to hire from start of search to shortlist and is carried out on a no hire no fee basis. The full fee is charged on the start date of the hired candidate. This way of working also serves as a good introduction to our services for new clients before they commit to future retained work.
