Campaign Management

If you are looking to hire a large number of people or wish to combine recruitment with a marketing drive then Campaign Management is an obvious choice. Campaign Management assignments are taken on only on an exclusive basis due to the potential volume of applications. A recruitment advertisement in either a Broadsheet or Trade publication can create increased awareness of your organisation or perhaps a particular project/contract win.

Discounted prices for advertisement space are passed on to the client along with the peace of mind of advertising with a respected organisation in the market place. All applications are handled in a professional manner by Paradigm; successful applicants are screened both over the phone and face to face and then submitted to the client with interview notes; those unsuccessful applicants receive a rejection letter.

When the client has identified candidates to be interviewed, Paradigm will arrange the interview schedule and follow the process through to placement. If required, Paradigm can offer assistance in managing the candidate's exit from his/her existing employer.

Throughout the process, the Account Team will maintain close communication with the client to ensure transparency of information/progress.

The downside to Campaign Management is that there is no guarantee of success as there may not be sufficient suitable applications available. To negate this risk, Paradigm always backs up a campaign with database/internet search and networking.
