Bailey Teswaine was formed in November 2004 following the acquisition of Teswaine Business Communications Ltd. by Bailey Telecom Ltd.

The merged company has headquarters in London, whilst continuing to have a substantial presence in Leeds and its other regional offices. As a Mitel and Cisco Gold partner they specialise in the complete unified communications solution for both the SME and Enterprise market throughout the UK.
