Bailey Teswaine was formed in November 2004 following the acquisition of Teswaine Business Communications Ltd. by Bailey Telecom Ltd.
The merged company has headquarters in London, whilst continuing to have a substantial presence in Leeds and its other regional offices. As a Mitel and Cisco Gold partner they specialise in the complete unified communications solution for both the SME and Enterprise market throughout the UK.
Paradigm was introduced to Bailey Teswaine in early 2007 when the MD of Alcatel UK took up a new position with the company. Since then Paradigm have enjoyed considerable success in delivering high calibre candidates across the Sales, Pre Sales, Marketing and Technical areas of Bailey’s business.
