Atos Origin is a leading international IT services provider offering integrated design,
build and operate solutions to large multi-national clients in carefully targeted industry
sectors.
Paradigm Associates began by assisting Atos Origin in various problematic recruiting assignments that their tier 1 preferred suppliers failed to deliver on over a 4-6 month period. Through building a detailed profile of the positions and conducting a targeted headhunt search, Paradigm were able to fill the majority of the outstanding “hard to fill” vacancies within the space of 2 months from search to accepted offer.
