Acme Packet enables the delivery of interactive communications—voice, video and multimedia sessions—and data services across IP network borders.

Their Net-Netportfolio of session border controllers, multiservice security gateways and session routing proxies supports multiple applications in service provider, large enterprise and contact centre networks—from VoIP trunking to hosted enterprise and residential services to fixed-mobile convergence.

They allow security, service assurance and regulatory requirements in wireline, cable and wireless networks; and support multiple protocols—SIP, H.323, MGCP/NCS, H.248 and RTSP—and multiple border points—interconnect, access and data centre.

Paradigm has been a recruitment partner of ACME packets since 2005 and has delivered on assignments across the EMEA region, covering Senior Management, Sales, Technical Sales, Support and Training positions. Paradigm have been instrumental in assisting ACME develop a new Enterprise division in the EMEA region.
