We currently have 50+ employees, including a dedicated engineering support team as well as ever expanding projects, sales and marketing departments. We employ a Prince2 project management methodology with an ITIL approach to service management. Our datacentres are hosted on site at our office locations and are completely under our control. We offer high security in the form of 24/7 manned security, flood resistant flooring, fire resistance and video surveillance. If backup tapes are required as part of the solution, these are taken off site daily to an Iron Mountain facility. Our recently opened office in New Zealand extends our reach across the globe and ensures that we can give you true 24/7 support.
