Major Account Manager – NHS Southern

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager with between 3-8 years’ experience to join our successful sales team in the UK and manage a number of our NHS accounts.
Represent our client in NHS accounts and be responsible for expanding sales to these accounts. Establish a solid relationship with non-existing CHP clients i.e. Prospects. Understand how to sell security solutions to dislodge competitive point solutions based on TCO Able to engage and leverage Partner contacts and expertise To manage the sales process from discovery through negotiation and closing Developing strong relationships with new prospect accounts executives Formulate New Business strategies within the Accounts and implement tactical plans to achieve the assigned quota. Build strategy for each target prospect with account plan where necessary to obtain additional support from Managers, Executives and even HQ. Gain knowledge and insight to Customer's business priorities and challenges and propose our clients solutions to address these needs. Educate prospects and customers regarding our clients Product Portfolio. Identify key decision makers and the customer’s budgetary process Communicate concepts to technical and non-technical key client decision makers. New Business (revenue) generation via a named set of accounts and a list of development accounts Growth of Products as well as Services Revenues from the named account set. Accountable for positioning and driving: 3D Security Architecture to prospects Measured by 4/6 client meetings a week with an annual revenue quota.
Desired Background
3-8 years outside sales experience Experience selling within the NHS Strong hunter within the network IT-Security/Networking area Strong results orientated achiever used to Sales Strategies and value propositions. Hunting skills/background Successful selling IT-Security Solutions Solution selling background (TCO/ROI based approach) Channel management experience or knowledge to be a plus Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer
