That is why we continually benchmark our salaries against our direct and indirect competitors, to ensure our support staff and recruitment team would be hard pushed to find a better package elsewhere.

Benefits

Alongside salaries that offer the best foundation on which to build a highly rewarding career, our benefits programme is one of the best in the Europe within the recruitment industry.

The success of the Paradigm benefits programme is founded on the contribution made by the employee’s and their input on what is important to them as employees of the company. Each individual has unlimited access to a personal Account Manager (Independent Financial Advisor) through the company umbrella scheme. This gives every employee the opportunity to personally manage their own benefits package, to suite their personal requirements including:

1. Private Healthcare

Employees become eligible for this benefit once they have successfully completed their first three months at Paradigm, subject to the rules of the scheme and any exclusions that may be placed on membership as may be specified by the provider.

The private health plan is currently operated through Norwich Union.

2. Pension schemes

Employees become eligible for this benefit once they have successfully completed their first three months at Paradigm. The Group Personal Pension Scheme is administered by Scottish Widows. Contributions, linked to basic salary, are: 3% from Paradigm and 3% from the employee.

3. Income Protection

Employees become eligible for this benefit once they have successfully completed their first three months at Paradigm, subject to the rules of the scheme and any exclusions that may be placed on your membership as may be specified by the provider Friends Provident. This is a non-contributory plan which comes into effect after 13 weeks continuous absence from work through sickness. The plan provides for payment of 75% of salary, inclusive of state benefits, (taxable). Should employment be terminated during the period of sickness, 65% of salary, inclusive of state benefits (non-taxable) will be payable by the provider until retirement age or until you are signed off as fit for work.

4. Critical Illness

Employees become eligible for this benefit once they have successfully completed their first three months at Paradigm, subject to the rules of the scheme and any exclusions that may be placed on your membership as may be specified by the provider. This is a non-contributory plan, insured with BUPA and is designed to provide you with a lump sum benefit should you suffer a critical illness whilst in Paradigm’s service.

5. Death In Service Scheme

Employees become eligible for this benefit once they have successfully completed their first three months at Paradigm, subject to the rules of the scheme and any exclusions that may be placed on your membership as may be specified by the provider BUPA. This is a life assurance benefit scheme which will provide benefit for your spouse/dependants in the event of your death whilst you are an active employee of Paradigm. You will be asked to complete a form nominating the possible recipients of any benefit payable and this information will be kept in strict confidence in your personnel file.
